EXPERTISE
Dr. Newmark is an ABA double board certified physician with over 15 years of clinical and training experience, and been providing consulting services to clients for greater than 10 years.
As a prior Chair of the Department of Anesthesiology at Alameda Health System, and prior Associate Division Chief for Pain Medicine Education at Stanford University, Dr. Newmark’s leadership and understanding of healthcare delivery, medical practice, training, work flows, regulatory readiness, operations, technology, and finance allows for successful consultative services.

Dr. Newmark has been retained as an expert witness in multiple cases involving acute and chronic pain, as well as opioid safety and risk.
